Cheezi's Draftkings Outlook Week 6

Before we dive into Week 7, let us review last week’s DraftKings Outlook…

My top quarterback, Drew Brees. My top running back, LeSean McCoy. My top wideout, Odell Beckham Jr… (don’t go look at last week. Trust me I had Beckham there).  My top tight end, Jimmy Graham. My top defense, Titans. I consider that solid.

Other things that need to be said...

It is early in the week, injury news can open up opportunities. If you want my up to date thoughts hop into the DFS DraftKings Banter Chat on the Fantasy Life App.

This is the main slate only, so no Thursday, Sunday morning, or Monday night. If you are playing that slate, use Ty Montgomery and Cameron Meredith in cash.

Lastly and of least importance, @CheeziFL on the twitters.

Alright, let’s make some schmoney.

Matt Ryan ($7,200 vs SD) In his two home games this year, he has 837 yards and 6 TDs. On the season, he's averaging 346 yards and has 15 touchdowns with just 3 interceptions. He's been playing unimaginably well, and it should be pretty easy to continue at the Georgia Dome hosting the crummy Chargers. I don't really believe in the Falcons, but it's really starting to look like I should. Ryan is my favorite QB this week and should be used for both cash and GPP lineups.

Blake Bortles ($6,200 vs OAK) Congratulations Blake Bortles on your second career road victory! You really showed the Brian Hoyer led Chicago Bears... That being said he's home now facing off against the Raiders defense who have rank 27th against quarterbacks. Liking him as a GPP play.

Kirk Cousins ($5,900 @ DET) YOU LIKE THAT! Ehh not really. I actually think he's pretty bad, but here some Kirk numbers... His worst DraftKings performance was 13.3 points. His best DraftKings performance 22.6 points. He's yet to have an amazing day, but heading to Detroit who are allowing the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. He's got a great floor here making him a solid cash option.

DeMarco Murray ($7,200 vs IND) Welcome back DeMarco! He was held without a catch last game for the first time last week, but for the 6th straight game he had 18+ touches.
Random stat that I like... DeMarco Murray in his career playing against AFC South teams 111 yards and has 4 touchdowns on the ground in those 5 games. A nice $500 price drop, and a juicy matchup with the Colts, all in on DeMarco.

Doug Martin/JaQuiznos Rodgers ($6,100/$4,300 vs SF) There's a lot of noteworthy things here. First, Doug Martin has been injured, and as I am writing this I believe he's yet to practice this week. Second, while watching 'RedZone' Sunday they put up a graphic of running backs stats against the 49ers. Every single one of them had 100 yards or a score and Fozzy Whittaker was on that list. Fozzy. Third, if Martin plays I wouldn't love using JaQuiznos. On the other hand if Martin sits, 100% JaQuiznos exposure.

Spencer Ware ($5,800 vs NO) Jamaal Charles has been my favorite running back for many years so this one hurts. I think the Chiefs organization is ready to move on from him and let Ware take the job and run with it. If Ware gets 15+ touches at Arrowhead *Ding* playing against the Saints who I think I scored a touchdown against this season, Ware makes for an excellent play. That all being said, Jamaal Charles at $5,700 is a solid GPP play because it's quite possible I'm very wrong and Charles gets the full workload back.

Julio Jones ($9,200 vs SD) Well, he's Julio. The Chargers defense is very banged up and very, uh, bad. Only slight caution is he's hit 3x value only twice this year, but when he hits, he HITS. I think Julio hits this week. He's angry because of last week. I like Julio in this spot.

Allen Robinson ($7,300 vs OAK) All week all the talks are what to do with Allen Robinson. Not sure about what to do with him in season long, but this Sunday this dude is going to ball out. The Raiders are giving up the most points to opposing WRs so all signs point to a breakout game for the Jaguar.

Anquan Boldin ($4,000 vs DET) This sounds ridiculous. Very quietly Anquan Boldin has at least 4 catches in each game since Week 2. Well it's quiet to me. It's not a sexy play, but with Josh Norman likely being on Marv Jones for most of the game, I can see a nice little 6 for 55 and 2 game here. Maybe I'm crazy...actually yeah I'm crazy.

Tyler Eifert/CJ Uzomah ($4,400/$2,500 vs CLE) Like I just said: I'm crazy. I think Tyler Eifert plays this week. If he plays gotta love him in this spot. The Browns are allowing the most

Antonio Gates ($2,900 @ ATL)  Look tight ends are gross and sub 3k nobody has a better shot at finding the end zone than Gates. Falcons are allowing the second most points to tight ends so gotta think Hunter Henry and Antonio Gates have solid showings here.

GRONK SMASH ($7,200 @ PIT) I think Dr. Gronk is healthy so feel free to roll him out. He will likely be in this exact spot every week for the rest of the season. Even if it doesn't look like a good spot, don't fade Rob Gronkowski.

Bengals ($3,600 vs CLE) On the road this defense gets on average less than 4 DraftKings points. At home: 9 points on average. Home to Cleveland sounds good to me.

Titans ($2,500 vs IND) My stream defense playing against Andrew Luck has been doing well as the Colts rank 25th in points allowed to defenses. Titans are a good defense, and $2,500 is a joke. Perfect cash game defense.

Vikings ($3,700 @ PHI) The Vikings defense is averaging 16.6 FPPG. This has the makings for a ‘rookie QB gets exposed’ game.

THE FLEX ZONE (10 Sub 4k guys I like for GPPS
Dexter McCluster ($3,200 @ ATL)
Tyler Boyd ($3,000 vs CLE)
Bilal Powell ($3,700 vs BAL)
Breshad Perriman ($3,500 @ NYJ)
Derrick Henry ($3,100 vs IND)
Rishard Matthews ($3,600 vs IND)
Chris Thompson ($3,100 @ DET)
Marquise Lee ($3,200 vs OAK)
Charles Clay ($3,000 @ MIA)
Jack Doyle ($2,500 @ TEN)

Buyer Beware
Drew Brees ($7,400 @ KC) This one is easy...don't use Brees in the road. Also the Chiefs are good.

Christine Michael ($6,700 @ ARI) Way too expensive against a stout Arizona defense giving up the third fewest points to opposing running backs.

TY Hilton ($7,700 @ TEN) He's boom or bust so I could look like an idiot here, but the Titans defense is solid. I don't see a boom here, and at that price it doesn't make much sense rostering him.

Colby Fleener ($3,800 @ KC) Got 4 reasons for you... 1) He's lousy at football. 2) Brees on the road. 3) Chiefs give up the 4th fewest points to tight ends. 4) He sucks.

Bills ($3,400 @ MIA) Well, they are still the Bills. Also just click on this link...
